If you’re looking for something completely integrated and tailored to your specific needs, private yoga session might be the right step for you.

Time spent sitting hunched at a desk, long periods of time standing, carrying a child or heavy bag continually on one side lead to poor posture. Yoga is a great start to achieving better posture therefore reducing the risk of injury.

Different people come to yoga for different reasons, all looking for some of the many benefits yoga has to offer based on their own personal needs. Both beginner and experienced yoga practitioners can greatly benefit from private yoga lessons. 

These sessions are designed to meet you where you are and allow you to get started with the basics or deepen your yoga practice. These classes can include but are not limited to pranayama (breath work), meditation, asana (physical practice).

We will discuss your health goals, needs, any injuries or physical limitations. Together we will create goals and strategies for your private lessons

We work one-on-one with clients looking for a personalized yoga experience in an intimate and safe setting. Private sessions allow us to plan a lesson to your personal needs, whether that’s tailoring to a specific area of the body, or working towards a series of poses that you find particularly challenging.

Hands-on assists help students find their full expression of a pose. We work closely with you in leading you into more challenging poses in a safe environment.

Perhaps you are recovering from an injury or illness and going to a group yoga class may be impractical. We will find the way to work on your by setting up a sequence and using props in a way that allows you to practice safely as you heal.
