Thanks for your teaching. You’re the first regular yoga teacher in my life and had set a very high standard for me to find a new yoga teacher.
I tried many but could hardly find one that I would like to have regular class with. So I do self practice but often hurt myself. I also got hurt by other teachers when they do adjustments on me. And you made me become a yoga teacher too🥹🥹🥹
I just finished the 200hours YTT. And I realize you did everything that my teacher taught. Everything and you blended them inside you so well. You’re really a great teacher.
